Please read before commissioning

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

General:
■ Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change at anytime. You are only subject to the ToS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction.
■ I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.
■ All audio files are transferred digitally.

Rate:
My current rate is 300 USD starting rate + 200 USD per extra minute of finished audio. This includes musical composition + complete production of the audio track, including mixing & mastering.
Render requests like making the track loop-able, exporting in sections, etc, can be done with no extra charge upon request.

Payment:
  Payments will only be accepted through PayPal in USD or EUR. I require full payment before starting a commission. Once I accept your commission, I will send an invoice via PayPal link, due in 10 days, or an agreed upon time frame. Once the invoice is paid, I will start working on your commission. If the invoice is not paid, I will have to cancel the commission.

Deadlines:
Depending on my workload, the turnaround time should take no longer than 2 weeks or another agreed upon time frame by both parties. I will provide an estimate time for completion, and/or indicate if there is a delay in completing your commission.

Usage Policy:
All commisions fall under standard commercial license.
The second party reserves the right to use the content freely, including commercially, as long as proper credit is given* (*either name or website/handle mentioned under music credit).
I reserve the right to my music and the right to post it; if you would like your commission to be private, please let me know.

Revisions:
After completing and delivering a commission, the second party has 2 weeks to ask for small revisions. If I conclude either the quantity or size of the revision(s) is too much, I reserve the right to ask for more payment for the extra work needed. When this payment is not provided, or the second party fails to respond to the delivery within 10 days, I will mark the commission as completed.

Refunds:
You may receive a full refund, only if I have not started your commission. If I have started working on the commission and the second party cancels, I will issue a partial refund based on how much work is done.
If I am unable to finish your commission for personal reasons, the second party will be refunded in full.
No refunds will be issued once tracks have been completed.
